First off your games lag so much because your iPods dont have enough memory (you have an 8 GB iPod) I have ragdoll, blood, and made it to wave 28. It was smooth the entire time.

My review...

The aiming sensitivity is fine when cut all the way up. But you need to make it so I can move with analog stick, aim by swiping and shoot by tapping the screen. F*** the fire button.

Lots of fun!!!

Going through all the weapons to get the one I need is annoying.

Persistent scarring would be a cool option.

Graphics lack.

Need a variety of zombies.

This app is a lot of fun but needs more. It has a lot of potential.
